MudraFlow Workshops

If you are interested or curious about mudras and what they represent, this workshop is for you! It will include an overview of what a mudra is how to use them not just in your practice, but in every day life. The workshop will focus on 7 specific mudras in relation to the 7 main chakras located along the spine. After learning some of these wonderful gestures, we will combine them with a slow vinyasa flow to get the feel of each posture and savor the mudra for a moment. This is an all levels workshop, so BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME!

Arm Balancing Workshops

Available for bookings

Ready to take flight, but not sure of all the mechanics and steps to take? This core-strengthening and alignment-focused workshop will help assist you on your journey to arm balancing. Be prepared to work hard and sweat with a short vinyasa flow followed by core-strengthening moves in the first half of this workshop. The second half will focus on the mechanics and proper cues towards all things balancing. We will focus on beginner arm balances and work our way towards side crow pose/parsva bakasana. Come ready to lift off the ground! For this workshop, it is strongly recommended that you have an understanding and knowledge of basic yoga poses and can be on your hands for extended periods of time.

Self Love Restore

Clear out this special evening, and “Treat Yo’ self” to some self-love restorative yoga. With February being that special month of Love, this class will be about YOU, filled with calming poses to help you release stress and anxiety. It’s time to show yourself the same kindness, concern and support that you’d show a good friend or loved one. In this class, you’ll feel relaxed and learn to respond to things with kindness rather than harsh self-judgement, recognizing that imperfection is part of the shared human experience.

Deep Release Restore

During the long holds of restorative yoga, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. This Restorative class will be very mellow, making it a good complement to the more active practices that North Loft Yoga offers and an excellent antidote to stress. Release and eliminate the urgencies that come along with the colder holiday months in an evening filled with chilled-out restoration.
